[Closed] Assistant Researcher (Internship)

The Indonesian Institute of Advanced International Studies (INADIS) is a not-for-profit, public policy research organization based in Jakarta. We analyzes Indonesian public policies within the context of international relations, focusing on international political economy, area studies, and strategic studies.

We are looking for 2 (two) Assistant Researchers (Internship) with job descriptions and requirements as follow:

General job descriptions:

  • Brainstorming and discussing ideas to be transferred and developed into real action/potential research work/work program.

  • Writing research, reports, and articles in the fields of international political economy, area studies, and strategic studies.

  • Engaging in both qualitative and/or quantitative research with an interdisciplinary approach.

Specific job descriptions:

  • Helping the INADIS team write The INADIS Global Summary.

  • Helping the INADIS team produce research publications.

Essential Skills and attributes:

  • A third-year student or above who is currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in social sciences and/or economics.

  • An aptitude for producing written materials that are clear and accessible to a general audience.

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; strong spoken, reading, and writing English skills.
